Why a Mindfulness Practice Center?

The Monadnock Mindfulness Practice Center offers a quiet environment and a supportive community to facilitate mindfulness practice. Regular practice allows easier access to the quiet reserves that exist within each of us.

The Monadnock Mindfulness Practice Center has no membership fees. Donations of all types are necessary to keep the center going, and your support would be most welcome.
Cushions and chairs are provided; however, you may bring your blanket, cushion, bench, or pillow and wear loose fitting, comfortable clothing.

A Day of Writing and Meditation Saturday, Nov. 12, 10am-4pm

Whether you have a novel, an essay, or a poem that is seeking expression, the gift of mindful presence can encourage surprises that move both reader and writer. When we juxtapose silence and words, the two capacities feed each other like a door left open in a dream. All levels of experience with meditation and writing are welcome.

Suggested donation: $40 No one will be turned away for lack of fund. For information or to register: call 603-876-9318
Facilitator: Ginnie Gavrin has been meditating for 30 years. She is currently a facilitator at The Monadnock Mindfulness Practice Center, as well as a member of the Board.

She holds a Masters Degree in Counseling where she focused on integrating meditation into working through life crises.
