MINDFUL YOGA 

Mindfulness Yoga -  a blend of two wisdom traditions aimed at release from stress & suffering: 
mindfulness meditation: stable, kindhearted awareness yielding penetrating insight, and
hatha yoga: an interwoven exploration of physical movement, breath and attention

Come join us (5-6:15 PM) for an investigation into the ways of the body, mind and heart; a quiet, slow-moving practice in a serene, intimate setting. Learn to soften hard habits that do not serve while building in new understanding, insights and attitudes towards self, our experience and others.
